Candace D. Green is an accomplished real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in multifamily and commercial property management, asset repositioning, and client relations. As Director of Property Management at Caton Commercial, she leads with a results-driven yet people-centered approach, building high-performing teams, fostering client satisfaction, and maximizing asset value through operational excellence and strategic vision.

Previously, with Trilogy Real Estate Group, Candace led financial and operational strategy across a Midwest portfolio of residential and mixed-use assets. Under her leadership, the portfolio achieved strong annual revenue growth through capital reinvestment, disciplined expense management, and market repositioning initiatives. Her experience spans large-scale multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial portfolios across the Midwest, with a proven record of enhancing asset performance and team productivity. Her commercial tenant roster has included Target Corporation, Verizon, Sweetgreen, Inc., Wheeler Kearns Architects, SP+ Parking, Legacy Parking, and Andros Taverna, among others.

Candace’s leadership has consistently driven measurable improvements in occupancy, retention, and NOI performance. She builds trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and onsite teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and results that meet or exceed portfolio benchmarks while strengthening brand reputation. She holds multiple industry designations, including Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Illinois Licensed Real Estate Managing Broker, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), reflecting her commitment to innovative management practices, agile project execution, and continuous professional growth.
