· Proven experience in commercial real estate brokerage or a related field.

· Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market in the Chicagoland area.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

· Valid Illinois real estate license.
