Sharon joined the Caton Valuation team in 2023 in the capacity of their St. Charles Office Manager. Sharon has spent over 30 years managing appraisal offices.

Her responsibilities have included overseeing daily operations, the supervising and training of office and appraisal staff, as well as bookkeeping.

In addition to her management history, she is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser licensed in Illinois with over 25 years of experience in both commercial and residential properties. Her extensive background in property appraisal equips her with the expertise needed to deliver accurate and reliable valuations across a wide range of property types and market conditions.

This dual role has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and administrative aspects of the appraisal business.
