Payton joined Caton Commercial in 2022 as an Associate
Commercial Broker, bringing nearly a decade of experience in and around the
commercial real estate industry since 2015. Her background and previous
positions have provided her the ability to understand numerous aspects of
commercial real estate and a strong foundation to advise her clients. Prior to
joining Caton Commercial, Payton gained extensive experience in real estate
acquisitions and development, working on projects both locally and nationwide.
In her current role, she manages a national broker network overseeing corporate
leasing efforts on behalf of 7-Eleven, Inc. across 32 states.

Payton also has a strong background in real estate CRM
systems and location intelligence platforms, having been involved in the early
stages of a development company specializing in turnkey build-to-suit solutions
for retailers throughout the United States. Her technical knowledge, combined
with her communication and marketing background, allows her to deliver
strategic, client-focused solutions and care.

Known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and
proactive communication style, Payton is committed to understanding each
