Mikus Kins is an accomplished capital markets professional who has over 20 years of experience in both domestic and international financial markets, working closely with alternative fund managers, banks, developers, and both institutional and high net worth investors.  Mikus leverages his expertise in capital markets for real estate and business investment, advisory, and consulting services in his role as a Commercial Broker at Caton Commercial in Chicago. Mikus is both a licensed real estate broker and a registered business broker in the State of Illinois.

Previously, Mikus held senior management positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, LaSalle Bank and ABN-AMRO. While based in London, Mikus served as a Director of Bank of America Trustees Ltd. and led the Global Securities Solutions Division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch, servicing a wide range of securitized products such as CLOs, CDOs, Commercial/Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities and over $60 billion in Total Return Swap (TRS) portfolios. 

In addition to his professional achievements, Mikus currently serves as President of the Alumni Association and as a member of the Board of Trustees for Francis W. Parker School in Lincoln Park, Chicago. He holds a BA in International Relations from Brown University and an MBA in Finance, with minors in Real Estate and International Business, from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.
