Gillian Leannah-Reyna, is a Certified Residential Appraiser and has over 18 years of residential appraising experience. As a certified residential appraiser, Gillian has the expertise and knowledge to accurately determine the value ofseveral different types of residential appraisers from estates, divorce, tax appeal, bank and private appraisal work. Gillian has also managed several appraisal offices which also includes reviewing and managing other appraisers.

Gillian joined Cornerstone/Caton Valuation Services in early 2023, and prior to that worked with three other local residential appraising firms as well as working as an independent contractor.
