Dawn Matuzewich brings 30+ years of Property Management and accounting experience to Caton Commercial in her roll as Bookkeeper. Dawn has spent the majority of her career as an Assistant Property Manager/Bookkeeper for 100 West Monroe Partnership. In this two-person office, her responsibilities included all accounting functions, budgeting, lease processing, and tenant relations.

She’s also held positions with MB Real Estate’s corporate office and Transwestern’s Asset Management team. These roles included accounts payable, receivable, maintaining bank accounts for all properties and tenant and vendor communications.
