Brenda recently joined the property management team at Caton Commercial, where she manages the day-to-day operations of a portfolio consisting of 8+ properties. Her role includes coordinating building maintenance, analyzing financial performance, and maintaining strong tenant and client relations.

In addition to overseeing regular property inspections and responding to emergencies, Brenda is also responsible for rent collection, preparing monthly management reports, and performing CAM reconciliations.
